Black Forest

Capturing the essence of the traditional Black Forest Cake; it features a 70% dark chocolate shell that encases a 3-layer bonbon. Starting with a black pepper-infused cherry gel. Next, there is a velvety smooth vanilla bean ganache. Finished off with a rich, deep 60% dark chocolate and cherry ganache. Each Black Forest bonbon is a bite-sized celebration of the classic Black Forest cake, offering an indulgent experience that can be savoured in a single bite.

The centrepiece of this bonbon is a lush ganache, skillfully infused with peppermint essential oil which imparts a refreshing coolness and invigorating aroma reminiscent of traditional candy canes. Yummiest chocolates ever!
So much love goes into making these chocolates. They are super unique, Boujee and delectable.
My fave to eat, give as gifts & are perfect to give to my clients at the end of big jobs! Alot of thought goes into these and it shows, well worth the purchase.

Amazing Christmas Gift
This is a fabulous chocolate selection for a Christmas gift, I know because I ate the two boxes I was gifting and had to buy more. Gorgeous packaging, very impressive. And the chocolate is the best ever. It’s Christmas in a box, easiest gifting ever.
