Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@prettyfancychocolate.com so we can assess the issue.
Heat Damage & Missed Deliveries
Chocolate is highly sensitive to temperature. While we take every precaution when dispatching orders, we cannot be responsible for melting or damage caused by:
- Missed deliveries
- Parcels held in courier vehicles or depots after a delivery attempt
- Redirections or delivery delays once the parcel is in the courier’s care
Refunds or replacements cannot be offered in these circumstances.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
