A bespoke Pretty Fancy commission goes beyond our signature range. It’s a collaboration; you bring the occasion, the intention, the aesthetic. We bring two decades of botanical expertise, a deep understanding of flavour, and the craft to make something that could only ever have been made for you.

We work with natural colours and organic ingredients as our preference, because what goes into our chocolate matters as much as how it looks. Where a specific brand colour requires it, we can work with food-safe alternatives. Every bespoke piece is made in small batches, by hand, with the same care that goes into everything that leaves our kitchen.

How it works:
Get in touch and tell us what you’re imagining; as much or as little detail as you have. We’ll have a short conversation to understand the occasion, the recipient, and the vision. From there we develop a proposal; flavours, packaging direction, quantities, timeline, and investment. Once you’re happy, we make it.

A few things worth knowing:

  • Bespoke commissions begin from $350
  • Approximately 3-6 weeks from consultation to delivery
  • A 50% deposit is required to begin development
  • Natural colours used as standard - synthetic available on request for brand colour matching
