Meet the maker
Mareeba has spent the last 20 years working closely with the world’s finest botanical extracts to understand their flavour profiles, therapeutic qualities and ability to evoke valuable memories. This has led her to create a range of sensuous, intriguing, and deliciously nurturing morsels to uplift, relax, and surprise.
Each bonbon is a thoughtfully considered work of choco-art because she wants Pretty Fancy to be a part of celebrating everyday moments, locking in healthy new traditions, and creating more sweet, sweet memories. Each carefully crafted collection is an expression of a long family history in the kitchen and her underlying drive to honour the healthy wonderment of the botanical world.

Meet the ingredients
With two decades of experience in the natural health, botanical extract, and sustainability fields, we have gained extensive knowledge on using the finest and freshest ingredients available.
We source locally grown fruits and herbs, often found in our own spray free orchards or from organic suppliers. We understand the impact that packaging can have on the environment, which is why we minimise using plastics and non-recyclable materials in all areas of our packaging and production. Instead, we opt for eco-friendly options that are both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally responsible.
We also take pride in our Swiss couverture chocolate selection, we have over 9 different types of ethical chocolates that we use in our bonbons.
We believe that indulging in delicious treats should not come at the cost of our planet's well-being. That's why we strive to create a balance between taste and sustainability in everything we do.
