Cherry & Pepper

A daringly delicious bonbon that combines the sweet and tart flavour of cherries with the fiery warmth of black pepper and the intense richness of dark chocolate. A cherry and black pepper gel offers a warmth that cuts through the sweetness. The dark chocolate cherry ganache follows, the bitterness of which perfectly complements the sweet and spicy cherries.

A delightful fusion of flavours that captures the essence of a classic brunch cocktail. Featuring a gel made from dry champenoise and Cointreau, perfectly complements the rich orange champenoise ganache. Plum & Cardamon

The tart plum gel provides a delightful contrast to the airy, cardamon-infused plum marshmallow. Salted Vanilla

A rich, buttery caramel is infused with NZ's own Opito Bay Salt and the seeds of premium vanilla beans from the Comoros Islands. This luscious filling is encased in a shell of organic 40% milk chocolate, whose creaminess provides an excellent counterpoint to the sweet and salty caramel.

Not just fancy, a work of art
These chocolates far exceeded what I thought they would be. Those that have tried them have given high praise! Not only is the taste exceptional, but each piece of chocolate is a work of art! I wasn't sure whether to eat them or put them in a display case!
