68% Bolivian Dark: Orange Marshmallow

 Bold 68% Bolivian dark chocolate melts into a deep, complex cup, revealing our whole orange marshmallow, made from organic oranges puréed in-house, skin, pith, seeds and all, for an orange flavour that is full, fragrant and entirely uncompromising.

Made from Beniano Silvestre wild cacao, this dark chocolate has a natural intensity that meets the citrus head on, bitter and bright in equal measure, a pairing as classic as it is compelling. As the marshmallow dissolves, it cuts through the chocolate with a clean burst of orange that lingers beautifully.

Simply place in your mug, pour over hot milk, stir, and enjoy.
