45% Bolivian Milk: Gingerbread Marshmallow
Silky 45% Bolivian milk chocolate melts into a velvety cup, revealing our award winning gingerbread marshmallow - spiced with organic ginger, clove, cardamon, cinnamon and pepper, and finished with organic medicinal grade essential oils for a depth of spice that is warm, complex and wonderfully aromatic. The chocolate is made from Beniano Silvestre wild cacao, balanced with Swiss milk powder from the UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch, its gentle sweetness carrying the spice beautifully. As the marshmallow melts, it fills your cup with the scent of a proper gingerbread - festive, comforting, and deeply satisfying.
Simply place in your mug, pour over hot milk, stir, and enjoy.
