Silky 45% Bolivian milk chocolate melts into a velvety cup, revealing our peppermint chocolate marshmallow, made with organic medicinal grade peppermint essential oil and 72% dark Vanuatan chocolate for a cool, intense mint hit with real chocolate depth. The shell is crafted from Beniano Silvestre wild cacao, balanced with Swiss milk powder from the UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch, its creamy sweetness softening the mint into something altogether more luxurious. Clean, refreshing and indulgent all at once.
Simply place in your mug, pour over hot milk, stir, and enjoy.

N and I have just completed a trial run as we have a dinner function in a couple weeks ... am planning to use these in 3 different flavours between the main and the dessert cheeseboard.
Today we had the Bolivian Chocolate and Orange Marshmallow in very very old blue n white Chinese cups [ we understand these were originally soup bowls ] and poured hot Kapiti Chocolate Milk over them.
