Maple Apple Caramel

A delicious combination of organic maple syrup, heritage apples & brown sugar with just a hint of ginger. Reminiscent of the gooey, sticky and irresistible caramel left at the bottom of the tarte tatin pan.

This is an elegant bonbon that perfectly combines the robust flavours of coffee and hazelnut. At the heart of this bonbon lies a rich, creamy Gianduja, a traditional Italian chocolate spread, masterfully infused with finely ground, organic coffee beans and blended with chopped hazelnuts. This exquisite filling is then encased within a shell of organic 40% milk chocolate.

This stunningly crafted vegan confection, perfectly marries the zesty tang of lime, the tropical hint of coconut, and the richness of dark chocolate. The bright, tart lime gel provides a refreshing contrast to the sweetness of desiccated coconut. To finish, there is a dark chocolate & almond gianduja, perfectly balancing the creamy, tropical notes of the coconut & lime. Harmoniously combining the tartness of plum gel and the nutty richness of housemade hazelnut and 40% milk chocolate gianduja. The vibrant plum gel, offers a tangy burst of fruity flavour that perfectly contrasts with the creamy, nuttiness of the housemade hazelnut gianduja. The bonbon further impresses with whole crunchy hazelnuts, adding an extra texture, and enhancing the overall sensory experience.

Encapsulating the essence of a traditional French friand in a delightful bite-sized treat. Crumbly, nutty ground almond praline is combined with tangy freeze dried raspberries and a touch of refreshing orange zest. Tart, sweet and fresh - the perfect afternoon tea pick me up.

Raspberry & Vanilla

Capturing the essence of the iconic Kiwi classic dessert, the Jellytip. The first layer is a vibrant raspberry gel, offering a fresh burst of fruity sweetness. Next is the creamy vanilla bean ganache, its smooth, indulgent flavour echoing the classic vanilla ice cream of the Jellytip. The luscious combination of raspberry and vanilla is then encased in a shell of 36% white chocolate, whose subtle sweetness and smooth texture perfectly enhance the balance of flavours.

A wonderful treat
These chocolates are a sensory treat. Not only visually delightful, the texture and flavours of every single one are truly beautiful. As a total chocolate fusspot I haven't had anything better than the Pretty Fancy Chocolate range. Which is why we order them for birthday and Xmas gifts for friends family and suppliers.
