At the core of this bonbon, you will discover a heart of tangy orange-infused raspberry gel, its tartness beautifully contrasting the sweet, nutty almond flavours. This vibrant gel sits atop a creamy almond shortbread, which offers a crunchy, rich texture and a robust nutty taste. Capturing the essence of the iconic Kiwi classic dessert, the Jellytip. The first layer is a vibrant raspberry gel, offering a fresh burst of fruity sweetness. Next is the creamy vanilla bean ganache, its smooth, indulgent flavour echoing the classic vanilla ice cream of the Jellytip. These chocolates are a sensory treat. Not only visually delightful, the texture and flavours of every single one are truly beautiful.
