Maple Apple Caramel

A delicious combination of organic maple syrup, heritage apples & brown sugar with just a hint of ginger. Reminiscent of the gooey, sticky and irresistible caramel left at the bottom of the tarte tatin pan.

This is an elegant bonbon that perfectly combines the robust flavours of coffee and hazelnut. At the heart of this bonbon lies a rich, creamy Gianduja, a traditional Italian chocolate spread, masterfully infused with finely ground, organic coffee beans and blended with chopped hazelnuts. This exquisite filling is then encased within a shell of organic 40% milk chocolate.

Harmoniously combining the tartness of plum gel and the nutty richness of housemade hazelnut and 40% milk chocolate gianduja. The vibrant plum gel, offers a tangy burst of fruity flavour that perfectly contrasts with the creamy, nuttiness of the housemade hazelnut gianduja. The bonbon further impresses with whole crunchy hazelnuts, adding an extra texture, and enhancing the overall sensory experience.

Encapsulating the essence of a traditional French friand in a delightful bite-sized treat. Crumbly, nutty ground almond praline is combined with tangy freeze dried raspberries and a touch of refreshing orange zest. Tart, sweet and fresh - the perfect afternoon tea pick me up.

Raspberry & Vanilla

Capturing the essence of the iconic Kiwi classic dessert, the Jellytip. The first layer is a vibrant raspberry gel, offering a fresh burst of fruity sweetness. Next is the creamy vanilla bean ganache, its smooth, indulgent flavour echoing the classic vanilla ice cream of the Jellytip. The luscious combination of raspberry and vanilla is then encased in a shell of 36% white chocolate, whose subtle sweetness and smooth texture perfectly enhance the balance of flavours.
