Although we take every precaution to maintain separation, it's important to note that our facility is not certified vegan, and we use the same equipment to produce both vegan and non-vegan bonbons.

Please note: As an artisan bonbon maker specialising in small batches without added preservatives, our chocolates are designed to be enjoyed fresh, generally with a four-week best-before date. A decadent fusion of sweet and tart: starting with a tart and sweet plum gel, made from fresh certified organic Hawera & Black Doris plums. Followed by a rich, organic, oak-aged Balsamic caramel.
