Schokoküsse (Chocolate Kisses)

In Germany, these chocolate treats are known as Schokoküsse -  literally “chocolate kisses” - and are traditionally made with airy vanilla meringue. We’ve given them a luxurious twist, swapping in our house-made vanilla bean marshmallow for a softer, more indulgent bite. Each sits on a delicate shortbread biscuit and is enrobed in organic 65% dark Swiss chocolate.

For Kiwis, this might feel like a grown-up nod to the beloved Mallowpuff - but elevated with the finest ingredients and a touch of heritage. Light, fluffy, crunchy, and smooth all at once… one chocolate kiss is never enough.
