🌿 Wild Bolivian Cacao
Sourced from the remote lowlands of Bolivia's Beni region, our hot chocolate bombs feature the rare 'Beniano Silvestre' wild cacao. These cacao trees thrive naturally in isolated forest patches, untouched by modern agriculture. Harvested by indigenous communities, the beans are fermented and dried using traditional methods, preserving their unique flavour profile.
The 'Beniano Silvestre' cacao imparts a complex taste with notes of dark honey, dried prunes and a hint of citrus and spice.
🏔️ Swiss Mountain Meadow Milk
Complementing the wild cacao is the premium milk powder sourced from the UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch in Switzerland. Here, cows graze on lush alpine meadows, feeding on fresh grass in summer and sun-dried hay in winter. This traditional farming method, combined with gentle milk processing techniques, results in milk powder that retains its natural sweetness and creamy texture.
Each hot chocolate bomb is filled with gourmet marshmallows. Simply place the bomb in a mug, pour your chosen hot liquid over it, stir well and enjoy.

Combining the zesty notes of ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg, reminiscent of freshly baked gingerbread cookies.

Bursting with vibrant citrus notes, this is perfect for the orange lovers. Using freshly squeezed oranges from our orchards and then coated in dried orange zest.

A delightful blend of rich chocolate and refreshing peppermint = a perfect balance of sweetness and coolness.
