A buttery shortbread base offers a rich, crumbly texture and a subtle hint of sweetness. Atop the shortbread, a layer of Earl Grey-infused 36% white chocolate ganache imparts a fragrant note of bergamot and a delicate tea-like bitterness, marrying perfectly with the base's buttery richness.
A silky smooth salted vanilla bean caramel crowns the classic kiwi Anzac biscuit. The chewy blend of coconut and oats in the biscuit provides a satisfying texture, reminiscent of cherished memories from home.

We consider ourselves to be well-versed in the art of chocolate consumption and have tried all the artisan providers. Pretty Fancy has come out of blue as our new favourite. Really impressed with the tempering of the chocolate, the textures and bold flavours. Respect for your craft. We've been back many times already!
