We recently entered three of our bonbons into the Outstanding Food Producer Awards, and we are proud to announce that all three won medals: Gold for our Plum & Hazelnut and Kawakawa Borage Honey bonbons, and Bronze for our Lemon Meringue Pie.

To celebrate this achievement, we are offering a limited-release box containing eight bonbons: three of each Gold Medal winner and two of the Bronze Medal winner.

Please note: As an artisan bonbon maker specialising in small batches without added preservatives, our chocolates are designed to be enjoyed fresh, generally with a four-week best-before date. Kawakawa & Borage Honey Caramel

A gooey Kawakawa caramel is elegantly infused with delicate borage honey, balancing its herbaceous, peppery flavour with subtle floral honey notes.

Lemon Meringue Pie

Encapsulating the indulgent flavours of a classic lemon meringue pie in one elegant bite. A zesty lemon & vanilla caramel, bursts with tangy freshness and provides the perfect contrast to the sweet, airy vanilla bean marshmallow that crowns it. It is finished with a crunchy shortbread base, providing the perfect textural contrast to balance the tart and sweet flavours. A truly indulgent treat for any lemon lover.

Plum & Hazelnut

Harmoniously combining the tartness of plum gel and the nutty richness of housemade hazelnut and 40% milk chocolate gianduja. The vibrant plum gel, offers a tangy burst of fruity flavour that perfectly contrasts with the creamy, nuttiness of the housemade hazelnut gianduja. The bonbon further impresses with whole crunchy hazelnuts, adding an extra texture, and enhancing the overall sensory experience.

Perfect
These were really special! The rose rabbit orange iced tea, and basil and elderflower gimlet were standouts for me - but frankly not by much - they were all so good! I'm immediately repurchasing as a gift for a lover of cocktails.

A really special gift
We wanted to thank our agents, Diana and Chi, for their hard work and expertise in selling our house. The Cardrona Distillery Cocktail Collection was the perfect gift: beautifully presented, each chocolate was so delicately flavoured and special. We know because we kept a box for ourselves!
