Origin: Sea salt from Opito Bay, Coromandel, New Zealand

Opito Bay salt from Coromandel is solar evaporated, settled and filtered in small batches to create big crystals to bring our the coast's unique minerality.

We use this salt in all of our bonbons for extra flavour however, we highlight in the following bonbons.

A rich, buttery caramel is infused with the seeds of premium vanilla beans from the Comoros Islands. The vanilla adds a floral note that lifts the caramel, accentuating its deep, burnt sugar flavours. This luscious filling is encased in a shell of organic 40% milk chocolate, whose creaminess provides an excellent counterpoint to the sweet and salty caramel. Perfectly crafted for gourmet snackers and chocolate lovers, our snack logs feature a silky smooth salted vanilla caramel, roasted salted peanuts & a layer of 49% milk chocolate & peanut gianduja, creating a rich and creamy treat.
Silky smooth, single Origin 65% Grenada Dark Chocolate: Made from the finest cocoa beans, this rich and velvety chocolate offers a luxurious mouthfeel. Infused with a hint of floral & delicate Lavender, finished with a touch of Opito Bay sea salt.

This luxurious snack log is a 38% Opus Lait de Terroir chocolate caramel, using Swiss Mountain Milk from the pristine UNESCO Entlebuch Biosphere. The mountain meadow milk from this region provides a rich, creamy taste, pairing perfectly with the finest cacao from Sambirano, Madagascar.
